Networth Aademy
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be. Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightening about shrinking so that others won't feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone, and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Our Story
Hi, I’m Krystal.
And I believe we’ve been asking the wrong question.
Not “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
But rather—“What problem were you born to solve?”
I wear many hats—mother, daughter, businesswoman, sister, friend—but my most important identity is this: I am a child of the Most High God.
From an early age, I followed the path of performance: studied hard, graduated with honors, earned a Bachelor’s in Business Management & Marketing, and two master’s degrees—including an MBA in Computer Information Systems—all before I turned 28.
I built a thriving 15-year career in Higher Education, serving in roles that helped thousands of students navigate majors, internships, scholarships, and life decisions.
I was “successful”… but not fulfilled.
Because I wasn’t called to help students simply check boxes.
I was called to help them discover calling.
Too many were choosing careers out of fear and pressure—not faith and clarity. And in truth, I was guiding them, while still searching for my own deeper “why.”
Then God used my son to wake me up.
At just four years old, he was full of curiosity and boldness—gravitating toward drums and preaching sermons to his toys. But I dismissed it. It didn’t fit the model of “success” I’d been trained to value. Then my sister said something that changed everything:
“Krystal, you have to accept that your son may not take the path you did.”
That moment sparked a mindset shift… and a spiritual awakening.
I began to see my role differently—not as an academic advisor, but a midwife of purpose. Someone called to help young people birth what God planted in them before they were born.
Because I realized: Our children aren’t here to repeat our paths. They’re here to walk in purpose.
And that’s when the vision for the Young Entrepreneurs Networth Academy was born.
Y.E.N. Academy isn’t just a program—it’s a Kingdom mandate.
We exist to bridge the gap between education and purpose—equipping youth to discover who they are, why they were created, and how to turn their God-given gifts into legacy-minded ventures.
We walk with them from the ground up—developing:
-
Business plans and brand identities
-
Websites, resumes, and public speaking skills
-
Leadership development and entrepreneurial mindset
-
Personal branding rooted in Kingdom identity, not cultural trends
-
A deep understanding that they represent not only their families—but the Kingdom of God
And we culminate it all with TED-style business showcases, pitch presentations, and launch events that don’t just celebrate ideas—they activate destiny.
We are the nation’s leading program for faith-based youth entrepreneurship and purpose discovery.
We’re not here to train students for careers.
We’re here to prepare them for calling.
We believe success isn’t measured by degrees or titles—it’s measured by obedience, impact, and alignment with the purpose God wrote into their DNA.
Churches. Schools. Businesses. Families.
You have a role to play.
Partner with us. Sponsor a student. Support the movement. Because this generation doesn’t just need direction—they need revelation. They need safe spaces where dreaming is holy, purpose is personal, and calling is cultivated.
We’re raising up leaders who are:
-
Spirit-led and strategy-minded
-
Creators, innovators, and changemakers
-
Built in character, grounded in faith, and confident in who they are
Because purpose doesn’t always show up in a classroom.
Sometimes, it shows up in a child playing drums or preaching to teddy bears.
And when we stop trying to correct it—and start asking God how to steward it—everything changes.
We’re not just building businesses. We’re building world changers.
This is how we transform culture.
This is how we build the Kingdom.
One gift. One calling. One young leader at a time.
