Meet The Founder

Krystal Sanders is a purpose-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in transforming vision into scalable systems. As the Founder & CEO of Executed in Excellence Global Enterprises, she leads a suite of business consulting, higher education, and empowerment initiatives that equip organizations, leaders and families to achieve mission-aligned, measurable impact.

Her professional portfolio integrates 2 (two) Masters Degrees, an MBA and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems, with expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and grant research & management. She specializes in helping purpose-led entities build frameworks that last, funding that sustains, and strategies that scale.

Through our flagship initiatives:

1). Young Entrepreneurs Networth Academy (YENA), we cultivate entrepreneurial identity and financial intelligence in youth ages 10–18.

2). CounterCultured Parenting on Purpose, we help families counter culture by establishing legacy-minded frameworks that elevate parenting from survival to sustainability.

3). Executed in Excellence Consulting helps guide leaders, nonprofits, and organizations in building systems that align vision with long-term execution.

She is also a grant researcher, writer, and project manager, equipping mission-driven organizations to secure and manage grant funding with integrity, compliance, and clarity. By 2030, our goal is to directly impact 100,000 individuals globally through consulting, curriculum, coaching, and community-based innovation.
